Job summary

Electric Era is hiring a Maintenance Operations Specialist to support the ongoing operations and maintenance of our deployed fleet of battery backed DC fast charging stations. Uptime and reliability are central to our mission, which makes maintenance one of the most visible functions in the company, and this role sits at the center of it.

Working closely with the Manager of Operations and Maintenance, you will take ownership of the day to day work that keeps our stations available and performing

Qualifications

• Direct experience in maintenance, field service or operations.
• Experience developing maintenance procedures or standard work.
• Ability to coordinate third party contractors and service vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document and maintain procedures, runbooks and standard work for maintenance of DC fast charging equipment and battery energy storage systems.
• Own the work order lifecycle from intake to closeout, keeping records complete.
• Triage and diagnose offline chargers and faults remotely and resolve issues without site visits.
