Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical skills while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support EV repairs, inspections, and field service under mentorship, primarily at a local service center with potential remote work or mobile duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school/program highly preferred.
• 0-3 years hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment; open to recent graduates.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship of senior technicians.
• Follow repair procedures efficiently while maintaining safety and quality.
• Conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety.
• Assist with parts operations including ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory tracking.
• Maintain detailed technical notes and documentation for repairs.
