Xos, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and report on Xos electric vehicles in the field.

The role requires strong knowledge of LV/HV electrical systems and the ability to communicate with customers effectively on-site and remotely. Preferred candidates hold an Associate degree or vocational certificate in automotive service technology or 4+ years of relevant experience, with CDL Class A/B being a plus.

Formación

• Proven proficiency with high and low voltage electrical systems.
• Associates Degree or Vocational Certificate in automotive service technology related field or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and report on quality and design concerns on Xos vehicles and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as design, engineering, software, and external partners.
• Demonstrate proficiency in LV and HV electrical diagnosis, controls, and module programming.
• Provide professional customer-facing support on-site, and via phone/email.
• Complete timely and accurate case notes, repair orders, and initiate new cases as required.
