Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of Automotive, Heavy Equipment, or Electric Vehicles.
• Supervisory experience and leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to handle multiple functions with changing priorities and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Supervisory role: build relationships, lead new technician hiring, conduct annual reviews and coaching, manage regional service budget, review technician expenses and PTO.
• Daily work scheduling and reporting: manage open tickets, dispatch and schedule technician work, input and review closed tickets.
• Parts and inventory: assist with parts identification and sourcing, request estimates and invoices, arrange field shipments, organize quarterly inventory.
• Technical support: provide technical and logistics support to regional technicians.
• Customer interface: be the first point of contact for warranty and non-warranty requests, schedule PM services, promote maintenance labor and parts sales.
• Leadership team: participate in technical and non-technical leadership meetings.
