Job summary

Orange EV is seeking a Field Service Supervisor for the Central Region in Chicago, IL. This role reports to the Regional Service Manager and coordinates a team of technicians across the territory.

You will supervise hiring, scheduling, budgeting, and field operations while delivering excellent service to customers for warranty and non-warranty requests; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of automotive, heavy equipment, or electric vehicles.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with technicians and customers.
• Lead new technician hiring and perform annual reviews.
• Manage regional service budget and expenses.
• Dispatch and schedule technician work; review and input tickets.
• Provide technical and logistics support to regional technicians.
• Serve as first point of contact for warranty and non-warranty requests; schedule PM services.
