Qualifications

• Must have an active Electrical Journeyman license.
• Proven experience in tower construction management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and budgets.
• Familiarity with building products, regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to plan and see the Big Picture and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities for tower construction projects and upgrades.
• Budget management and financial oversight of contracts.
• Plan, organize and direct on-site activities with supervision teams.
• Maintain safety and conduct regular strategy and progress meetings.
