DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks, part of Lithia Motors, is hiring an Electrical & Quick Service Technician. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnostics and electrical repairs on Ford vehicles, including EV systems, with a team of skilled technicians.

This role offers flat-rate pay, a five-day schedule with Sundays off and opportunities for Ford factory training and certifications. Join a collaborative shop that values precision and quality work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive technician experience or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience.
• Experience performing routine maintenance and light mechanical repairs.
• Automotive electrical or diagnostic experience; EV systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, filters, fluid services, multi-point inspections.
• Test, diagnose and replace batteries and basic electrical components.
• Diagnose and repair basic automotive electrical concerns with diagnostic equipment.
• Complete light mechanical repairs: brakes, belts, hoses, suspension components.
• Identify concerns during inspections and document maintenance or repairs.
