Lithia & Driveway seeks an Electrical Quick Service Technician at DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks to perform routine maintenance, electrical tests, and basic repairs on Ford vehicles, including EV systems. You will work with experienced technicians and Service Advisors to keep repairs moving efficiently.

The role requires 1+ years of automotive experience, familiarity with diagnostic tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• 1+ years automotive technician or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience.
• Experience with routine maintenance and light mechanical repairs.
• Automotive electrical or diagnostic experience.
• Experience with EV systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and repair information systems.
• Ability to work with Service Advisors to keep repairs moving.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, fluid services, and multi-point inspections.
• Test, diagnose, and replace batteries and other basic electrical components.
• Diagnose and repair basic automotive electrical concerns using appropriate testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Complete light mechanical repairs, including brakes, belts, hoses, and suspension components.
• Identify vehicle concerns during inspections and document recommended maintenance or repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and repair information to troubleshoot basic electrical and vehicle concerns.
