Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience in automotive, aerospace, or a related hardware-testing field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of complex vehicle systems, diagnostics, and EV experience is highly valued.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel within the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage issue triage & tracking: document, prioritize, and assign problems in Jira.
• Investigate & document: gather logs and feedback to strengthen issue reports and diagnose root causes.
• Facilitate failure analysis: create tickets for hardware issues and manage part logistics for analysis.
• Act as a liaison: communicate between test drivers, workshop, and engineering teams for rapid resolution.
• Maximize fleet uptime: manage fleet schedule and repair tickets from inception to closure.
• Coordinate vehicle updates: oversee OTA software updates and manual flashing when needed.
