Job summary

Alpitronic is seeking a technically minded Product Marketing Specialist who can translate complex EV charging technology into compelling customer solutions. Sitting at the intersection of Product Management, Engineering and Sales, you'll bring customer needs into our product strategy while giving our commercial teams the technical insights, tools and positioning they need to win.

You will collaborate across teams to gather use-cases, develop product requirements, and support portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering or comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, solutions engineering, technical sales, or related role.
• Experience in EV charging or power electronics or complex technical industries preferred.
• Proactive and independent work style with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Sales, Engineering and Product Management to align product strategy with customer needs.
• Contribute technical and commercial insights to proposal development.
• Gather, analyze and prioritize customer use-cases to inform product requirements and portfolio decisions.
• Conduct competitive and technical analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Communicate roadmap updates and participate in weekly calls with strategic customers.
• Provide technical product support during customer meetings and assist in tailored proposals.
• Develop sales tools, training materials and presentations for the sales team.
• Create and maintain marketing materials and technical documentation for the North American market.
• Collaborate with product marketing, corporate affairs and marketing communications to support launches and improvements.
