Job summary

Alpitronic in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Production Quality Specialist to drive quality across power-electronics manufacturing for EV charging products. You will own process control, root-cause analysis, and supplier collaboration to ensure conformance from design through production.

The role requires a BS/AS in electrical engineering or related field, 3+ years in quality manufacturing (ISO 9001) or 5 years PCB assembly, and strong analytical skills with proficiency in FMEA, Minitab, and Excel.

Qualifications

• BS/AS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in Quality manufacturing to ISO 9001 standards or 5+ years in PCB assembly.
• Analytical skills and statistical reporting are a plus.
• Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-610) and quality auditing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own production quality control and process monitoring.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions across assemblies and sub-systems.
• Support design engineering and supplier quality to ensure traceability.
• Train production staff on quality practices and inspection techniques.
• Maintain documentation for production processes and changes.
