Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an energetic technical support specialist to join our in-house team in the United States. You will troubleshoot EV charging stations, collaborate with hardware partners, and resolve field issues with a focus on rapid restoration of service.

The ideal candidate brings hardware and software proficiency, strong communication, and a proactive attitude to meet demanding SLAs and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline is required.
• 2+ years of support role in the eMobility/EV Charging industry.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical support, computer/network programming, electrical contracting, customer support or related area.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues within strict SLA timelines.
• Monitor network and identify issues before customers notice.
• Manage and execute actions on service tickets with internal and external teams.
• Analyze and provide feedback on hardware and software issues.
• Guide resolutions for hardware issues with on-site technicians.
• Provide technical recommendations to resolve network communication issues.
• On-call availability on rotation and willingness to work extended hours.
