Job summary

Rivian is seeking a high-energy NOC Supervisor Shift Lead to orchestrate real-time support for our Charging Network Operations Center. You will manage incidents, supervise a team of NOC specialists and engineers, and ensure SLA performance across DC Fast Chargers and Level 2 fleets.

You will collaborate with Field Service, Software, and Hardware teams; develop SOPs and drive process improvements while maintaining a strong ownership mindset. Travel up to 5% nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a NOC/Technical Support/Operations role with leadership experience.
• Experience with EVSE and charging protocols; strong networking skills.
• Proven ability to implement AI workflows in an operations context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to brief decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor NOC Specialists and Engineers; manage shift handovers.
• Oversee health of Rivian charging networks and fleet chargers.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues; manage incidents.
• Ensure SLA adherence across networks; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Field, Software, and Hardware teams to resolve issues.
• Develop SOPs for technical troubleshooting and operations.
• Work four 10-hour shifts, Tue-Fri, 8am-6:30pm PST
