BP in Chicago seeks an EV Performance and Optimization Lead to drive data-led performance across bp pulse's US charging network. You will design frameworks, embed governance, and translate asset data into actions for senior leadership.

You will lead cross-functional improvements, develop KPIs, monitor bottlenecks, and forecast asset strategies to maximize utilization, profitability, and customer experience.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in asset performance and network optimization.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Experience defining KPIs, SLAs, governance routines, and corrective actions.
• Advanced analytics with dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Knowledge of EV charging networks is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement performance management frameworks for the US network.
• Embed monitoring and governance across assets with clear ownership.
• Champion data-informed decisions and continuous improvement across teams.
• Identify bottlenecks such as downtime, maintenance delays, and profitability gaps.
• Support asset management in prioritizing high-impact interventions.
• Build and maintain dashboards for senior leaders using PP BI or similar.
• Lead root cause analyses and assign owners with actionable plans.
• Forecast outcomes and model asset strategies considering cost, safety, revenue.
• Monitor third-party operators and assist contract reviews with data.
• Benchmark performance across regions and suppliers for scale.
• Support Marketing, Network Optimization, and Business Development strategies.
• Collaborate with Site Acquisition on governance and investment decisions.
