BP plc seeks an analytical EV Performance & Optimization Lead to drive the commercial performance of bp pulse’s charging network in the United States. You will design performance management routines, translate asset data into action, and lead cross-functional improvements across operations, marketing, and finance.

Qualifications

Advanced analytical capability with dashboards and data visualization.
Translate operational, technical, and financial data into clear insights and actions.
Experience defining KPIs, governance routines, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Design and implement performance management frameworks for US network.
Embed governance across asset portfolio with reviews and ownership.
Lead root cause analyses and performance deep-dives to drive improvements.
Build performance dashboards and translate data into actionable insights for leaders.
Forecast future outcomes using historical data and model asset strategies.
Support third-party operators with evidence-based performance assessments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities with execution.
