Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on ITSM experience across incidents, problems, changes and requests.
• Experience delivering against SLAs and producing service reports.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB or similar platforms.
• Understanding of the full service lifecycle from delivery to retirement.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity or crisis management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams.
