Job summary

Electric Era Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inventory, Shipping & Receiving Specialist to move parts and finished EV charging equipment from dock to floor and to field sites. You will verify inbound material, build production kits, and ensure timely outbound shipping in a hands-on, on-site role.

You will work with production, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain, ensuring accurate inventory records and adherence to safety procedures. A forklift cert is needed within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse, or shipping and receiving in manufacturing.
• Experience collaborating with production, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain.
• Hands-on receiving inspection, cycle counting, kitting, and outbound shipping.
• Forklift operation with current certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read packing slips, POs, BOMs, and part drawings.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound shipments, logging receipts, and verifying against POs and packing slips.
• Perform incoming quality inspection and quarantine nonconforming material with photos.
• Put away materials, run cycle counts, and maintain accurate system transactions.
• Pick and build kits for production and field service, stage material, and replenish stock.
• Pack, label, ship outbound orders, prepare bills of lading, and track shipments.
• Operate forklift safely and perform daily pre-use inspections.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain on material priorities.
• Provide variance explanations for month-end counts and maintain records.
