Job summary

Pearce is seeking a skilled EV Charging Field Service Technician to repair and maintain onsite EV charging stations across a defined geographic region. The role emphasizes safety, electrical maintenance, field reporting, and working independently in varied conditions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in servicing electrical power equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, and CMMS proficiency, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing electrical power equipment in commercial/utility energy fields or equivalent electrical training.
• Solid electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CMMS to generate and track site work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades on EV chargers and related equipment.
• Conduct insulation testing, thermal imaging, torque tests, and performance evaluations.
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and locate ground faults.
