Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Manager, EV Charging Deployment and Field Services to lead deployment, service, maintenance, and warranty operations for Ford charging hardware at customer sites. You will coordinate field technicians, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality support for Level 2 and Level 3 charging systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in operations, field service, warranty operations, or similar.
• Experience managing external vendors or installation partners.
• Experience overseeing service tickets, SLAs, or field service operations.
• Strong project management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field service and warranty ticket lifecycle to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Manage PO and invoicing processes for field service vendors.
• Coordinate depot charging deployment and vendor collaboration across teams.
• Monitor cost, schedule changes, and data integrity across internal systems.
• Drive continuous improvement across deployment and service workflows.
