Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to own the CSMS roadmap for a cloud-based charging station management platform. You will align engineering milestones with regulatory and customer needs, interfacing with backend, firmware, QA, field operations and commercial teams to ensure timely releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program or engineering management roles delivering backend or IoT platforms, including 3+ years in EV charging, energy, telematics or connected-device systems.
• Strong understanding of .NET Core / C# backend systems: ASP.NET Core, async programming, DI, and microservice considerations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the CSMS technical roadmap: define scope, phase gates, success criteria and release cadence.
• Translate requirements into epics, acceptance criteria and milestones engineers can estimate.
• Run quarterly planning, weekly reviews and publish status to leadership in non-engineer friendly form.
• Lead interoperability and certification efforts with vendors; ensure field deployment readiness.
• Coach engineers and junior PMs on protocol fluency and structured problem solving.
