Green Water and Power in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead field operations for commercial EV charging projects. You will own the full construction lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through final inspection, directing installation crews, coordinating with engineering and procurement, and delivering sites safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of electrical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading construction crews.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel throughout Los Angeles and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day operations for 3-5 installation crews across multiple concurrent EV charging project sites.
• Own execution of construction site tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering department to review and interpret plan designs and single-line diagrams for EV projects.
• Schedule and coordinate preconstruction site walks, postconstruction inspections, and final project inspections.
