Job summary

Atoms is seeking a capable project manager to lead end-to-end EV charging infrastructure initiatives in the Los Angeles area. You will oversee site selection, commissioning, and launch while balancing schedule, budget, and grid constraints across multiple sites.

The role requires 4-8 years in charging infrastructure, strong budgeting skills, and experience presenting to executives. Expect a hands-on, collaborative environment with onsite work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in commercial charging infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of budgets, project economics, underwriting, and feasibility.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and investment materials.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end EV charging infrastructure projects from site selection through commissioning and launch.
• Built and maintained detailed project plans balancing speed-to-energization and cost.
• Tracked and managed critical path milestones across permitting, interconnection, and construction.
• Coordinated with utility providers to schedule energization and interconnection requirements.
• Managed permitting across AHJs and regulatory sign-offs for multi-site projects.
