Job summary

InCharge Energy is seeking a highly organized Site Superintendent to manage EV charging and electrification rollouts across multiple sites. The role leads subcontractors, ensures safety and quality, and maintains schedules and costs to deliver turnkey installations.

This position requires significant travel and close collaboration with customers, engineers, and project managers. You will drive field execution, document results, and mentor field staff while maintaining a strong focus on schedule

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction and field management experience.
• Electrical Journeyman or higher qualification required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Forklift and Lull certifications required.
• ECAP certification or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• EVITP certification or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and subcontractors.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of EV charger installation and commissioning to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise construction teams and subcontractors while ensuring AHJ compliance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Customers to resolve challenges and maintain clear communication.
• Support subcontractor selection and buyout activities, including coordination of subcontracted work.
• Develop and manage field schedules, including planning, sequencing, and tracking weekly updates.
• Maintain accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Schedule subcontractors, vendors, and on-site commissioning to meet project schedules.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports and change orders.
• Perform quality control for all field work and uphold safety standards.
