SWTCH Energy is seeking a Business Development Manager to scale our sales in the Carolinas (NC and SC). Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will drive direct sales, channel, and technology partnerships for SWTCH, helping deploy our EV charging solutions across multifamily and commercial properties.

The role requires 5–8 years in sales/business development, a post-secondary degree, and strong communication, organization, and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree required.
• 5–8 years in sales, business development, and customer management.
• Experience in real estate, transportation, or energy sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets and pursue leads to a closing.
