Job summary

SWTCH is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our Colorado footprint. You will build direct, channel, and technology partnerships, pursue new accounts, and collaborate with marketing and sales to hit milestones.

You’ll report to the VP of Sales and help scale our clean-energy EV charging solutions for multifamily and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in sales or business development, is comfortable in a fast-paced tech environment, and can articulate

Qualifications

• Minimum of a post-secondary degree.
• 5–8 years in sales, business development, and customer management.
• Experience in real estate, transportation, or energy.
• Strong organizational, strategic, planning and implementing skills.
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and passion for clean energy.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
• Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, and company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that milestones are achieved.
• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects.
• Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
• Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape.
• Maintain customer activity in the CRM platform.
