Job summary

SWTCH is seeking a Sales Development Representative to scale our US East operations. You’ll work with the Business Development team to identify, develop, and support direct sales and channel partnerships.

The role focuses on outbound initiatives, account research, and relationship management across targeted markets. You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales to hit milestones and stay informed on clean energy mobility trends.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree required.
• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in real estate development, transportation, or energy is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Leads outbound initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects.
• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets and pursue leads.
• Understand target markets including industry, programs, and strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to achieve milestones.
• Maintain knowledge of SWTCH products and competitive positioning.
• Follow industry developments and competitive landscape.
• Maintain customer activity in the CRM platform and exceed metrics.
