AlphaX’s Workforce Intelligence Lab is assembling a California-centric team to advise an EV charger training program on real job tasks for Level 2 and DC fast charging. This remote-first role supports curriculum alignment with industry standards, safety protocols, and career pathways in charger service.

You will evaluate credentials such as EVITP and California electrician certifications, help define roles, and share field insights to strengthen the training proposal.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with EV charging installation, commissioning, maintenance or repair.
• Ability to explain technical work clearly to instructors and curriculum developers.
• Familiarity with safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Advise training partner on real job tasks for EV charger service (Level 2 and DC fast)
• Review curriculum against industry standards and employer needs
• Help define entry-level and advancement roles in charger service
• Advise on credentials that carry weight with employers (EVITP, electrician certs)
• Support instructor development by transferring field knowledge to instructors
• Share field perspectives on failures, diagnostics, tools, and uptime
• With permission, contribute a resume and experience summary to the proposal
