Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience conducting complex technical, economic, market, or engineering analyses related to EV charging infrastructure, policy development, or investment planning.
• Strong data modeling and analytical skills, including experience working with large, complex datasets, defining modeling assumptions, and translating results into recommendations.
• Experience managing grants, contracts, or public funding agreements, including scopes of work, deliverables, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to leadership, policymakers, and the public.
• Collaborative approach and experience working with interagency teams, researchers, and private-sector partners on clean transportation or energy infrastructure initiatives.
