Stafl Systems in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a hands-on Technician to build and validate electromechanical assemblies and test setups. You will run environmental, durability, and functional tests, capture data, and generate clear reports while supporting early-stage production handoffs.

The role requires 2+ years in a related field, experience with high-voltage systems, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technician, test, manufacturing, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage or high-power systems.
• Experience with test equipment such as power supplies, DAQ systems, and electrical instrumentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Engineering and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and rework harnesses, fixtures, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Set up and run test plans with proper instrumentation and data capture.
• Execute environmental, durability, and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot test setups, equipment, and hardware under test.
• Analyze results and prepare clear test reports.
• Support handoff from R&D into early-stage production.
• Maintain safe, organized, and compliant test areas.
