Stafl Systems, LLC in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a Test/Technician to build and evaluate battery-related hardware, set up test plans, and support early-stage production. The role emphasizes hands-on assembly, safety, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Operations.

You will work in a fast-moving prototyping environment, perform environmental tests, and contribute to documentation and test reports to drive quality and reliability.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a technician, test, manufacturing, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage or high-power systems.
• Experience with test equipment such as power supplies, DAQ systems, and electrical instrumentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Engineering and Operations.

• Build and rework harnesses, fixtures, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Set up and run test plans with proper instrumentation and data capture.
• Execute environmental, durability, and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot test setups, equipment, and hardware under test.
