Position Summary
Responsible for executing battery pack and system testing, including test setup, monitoring, and data recording. This role ensures test results meet defined standards, identifies and escalates abnormal conditions, supports basic troubleshooting, and maintains safe and controlled testing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform battery pack and system testing according to defined procedures and test plans
- Set up, connect, and configure testing equipment and systems
- Monitor test processes, troubleshoot basic issues, and elevate abnormal conditions promptly
- Record test data accurately and maintain test logs and documentation
- Identify abnormal test results and support issue investigation
- Perform routine checks and execute preventive maintenance tasks for test equipment according to the maintenance schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled test environment in accordance with 5S standards
- Strictly follow all EHS and high-voltage battery safety procedures
- Support cross‑functional activities, including failure analysis and engineering validation
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving test-related issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or above (electrical/electronic background preferred)
- Experience in testing or electrical-related work, both AC and DC preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical safety (high-voltage awareness preferred)
- Ability to follow test procedures and accurately record data
- ISO experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Good judgment in identifying and reporting abnormalities
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours per shift) and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
