Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in Manufacturing/IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot IT and manufacturing application issues for EV battery plants.
• Monitor and maintain manufacturing systems to ensure stable operations.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Communicate with plant users, IT vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
• Provide user training and technical support for manufacturing systems.
• Support factory automation software implementation and testing with PLC engineers.
• Investigate and resolve production-related system issues on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
