Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a hands-on IT and Manufacturing Systems Specialist to analyze and troubleshoot issues across EV battery plant applications.

You will monitor manufacturing systems, support implementations, and create user guides while coordinating with plant users, IT vendors, and internal teams. The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to work independently or in a team within a multicultural environment.

• Communicate with plant users, IT vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.


• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.


• Provide user training and technical support for manufacturing systems.


• Support factory automation software implementation and testing while working with equipment and PLC engineers.


• Investigate and resolve production-related system issues in a timely manner.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or


• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, IT Systems, or Manufacturing System Management.


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle SQL.

• Familiarity with factory automation environments.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Travel
