Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking an IT Manufacturing Systems Analyst to analyze and troubleshoot IT and manufacturing application issues for EV battery plants.

You will monitor and maintain manufacturing systems for stable operations and support implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities include user training, documenting procedures, and collaborating with plant users, IT vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, IT Systems, or Manufacturing System Management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot IT and manufacturing application issues for EV battery plants.
• Monitor and maintain manufacturing systems to ensure stable and reliable operations.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Communicate with plant users, IT vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
• Provide user training and technical support for manufacturing systems.
• Support factory automation software implementation and testing while working with equipment and PLC engineers.
• Investigate and resolve production-related system issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
