Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, IT Systems, or Manufacturing System Management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot IT and manufacturing application issues for EV battery plants.
• Monitor and maintain manufacturing systems to ensure stable and reliable operations.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Communicate with plant users, IT vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
• Provide user training and technical support for manufacturing systems.
• Support factory automation software implementation and testing with equipment/PLC engineers.
• Investigate and resolve production-related system issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
