Amerit Fleet Solutions in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced EV Technician/Automotive Mechanic to service and retrofit electric and autonomous fleet vehicles. This role offers $40.00–$58.00 per hour with weekly pay and full benefits within 30 days, reflecting the fast-paced, technology-driven nature of modern fleet maintenance.

You’ll work across electrical, mechanical, and AV systems, perform hardware retrofits, keep software/firmware up to date, and document repairs clearly.

Qualifications

4–8 years of hands-on automotive maintenance experience.
Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, A/C, and AV/EV systems.
Experience with hardware retrofits and AV hardware replacement.
Valid driver's license and safety consciousness.

Responsibilities

Perform service, repair, and maintenance on EV/AV systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, A/C, and autonomous vehicle systems.
Conduct hardware retrofits and AV hardware replacements.
Perform software and firmware updates.
Document work with diagnosis, procedures, and parts used.
Support fleet-wide hardware and software retrofits.
