Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics/electrical engineering is required.
• Understanding of test processes and tradeoffs across methods.
• Experience with testing in high-volume electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional test plans, test cases, and test procedures for automotive electronic systems
• Validate functional requirements against design specifications and customer requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with design and software teams to resolve issues
• Analyze test results and prepare clear test reports and documentation
• Define measures for the continuous optimization of existing production test processes.
• Ensure test equipment uptime and compliance with calibration and maintenance schedules.
• Implementation of Engineering Changes and New Product Introductions to the production floor.
