Job summary

Expleo USA is seeking an ADAS System Test Engineer in Troy, MI, to support current and future ADAS programs. You will drive vehicle-level testing, develop test specs with traceability, and collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional teams to validate ultrasonic and camera-based systems while ensuring compliance with automotive standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years hands-on experience in ADAS system testing or design.
• Familiarity with ultrasonic or camera-based sensing systems.
• Experience with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or Cyber Security principles.
• Exposure to defect-tracking systems such as JIRA and CoreALM.
• Experience integrating active safety sensors with OEM vehicle teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicle-level system testing and validate ADAS features.
• Develop System Test Specifications with full traceability to requirements.
• Coordinate with OEMs on vehicle integration involving sensors.
• Log issues in defect-tracking tools such as JIRA and DOORS.
• Execute, oversee, and approve system test case execution.
• Prepare System Test Reports and support closure of tests.
• Perform CAN/LIN trace analysis and DVP tasks.
