Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Staff or Principal EUV Equipment Engineer to lead the performance and reliability of EUV lithography systems, driving equipment optimization and collaboration with process, manufacturing and supplier teams.

You will own installations, upgrades, maintenance strategies, and data-driven improvements to overlay, focus, and imaging, mentoring engineers and resolving complex issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of semiconductor equipment engineering, process engineering, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and improving complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Demonstrated success leading technically complex projects and driving measurable equipment performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, reliability, availability, and productivity of assigned EUV lithography equipment.
• Lead equipment installations, upgrades, qualifications, maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive improvements in scanner performance, overlay, focus, imaging stability, and defectivity reduction.
