Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Controls, Mechanical, Computer, Chemical, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering or Physics.
• Master’s degree highly regarded.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Specialization in advanced control systems or plasma physics preferred.
• Courses in linear systems, feedback control, optimization, signal processing, estimation and system identification and non-linear systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration activities including designing and executing test plans, troubleshooting the control system for EUV light source.
• Provide technical ownership for control, optimization, or calibration subsystems and address critical issues.
• Communicate technical issues across teams and serve as a central information resource.
• Monitor system and submodule performance and define improvements for stability and efficiency.
• Plan and execute integration activities for automation and control functions in lab and cleanroom environments.
• Analyze test results using time-series data and diagnostic signals to verify performance.
• Prepare test summaries and qualification reports with risks and action items.
• Organize and coach team members and drive continuous improvements in controls.
