• Lead a team of technical resources across EUS platforms and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
• Drive projects from planning through completion with tracked actions and removals of blockers.
• Improve incident follow-up, problem management, change readiness, and documentation quality.
• Communicate risks, tradeoffs, and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of technical resources supporting EUS platforms; establish ownership and delivery expectations.
• Execution Management: Drive projects and operational initiatives from planning to completion; ensure actions are tracked and outcomes delivered.
• Technical Direction: Provide practical leadership across Citrix, desktop engineering, VDI, Windows endpoint services, and Nutanix‑aligned infra without needing to engineer every solution.
• Operational Discipline: Improve incident follow-up, problem management, change readiness, and monitoring; ensure reliable handoff between engineering and operations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate clearly with senior leaders, service owners, vendors, and business stakeholders with direct, actionable summaries.
• Prioritization and Planning: Balance delivery, stability, lifecycle, security, audit needs, and escalations.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Infrastructure, Windows, AD, Exchange, Networking, Security, Service Desk, and Release teams.
• Vendor and Service Management: Engage external vendors as needed for support, roadmap discussions, and licensing.
• Risk and Control Management: Ensure changes are planned, reviewed, tested, and aligned with governance and security requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues and automation opportunities to drive measurable service improvements.
