European O&M Project Manager – Energy Storage Excellence

Zusammenfassung

Sungrow seeks an O&M Project Manager to connect customers, local O&M teams and European O&M organisations, ensuring energy storage assets meet commitments. You will act as the primary day-to-day contact for asset performance, incidents and warranties across Europe.

The role involves monitoring LTSA/SLA KPIs, developing O&M processes, and leading multi-country rollouts with training and adoption tracking. Travel across Europe is expected, and a strong background in ESS/BESS tech is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, business or related technical discipline; PM certification such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile is a plus.
• Experience in O&M asset management, process implementation or project delivery within energy/renewables or similar tech environments.
• Solid understanding of ESS/BESS technologies, including batteries, PCS/inverters, EMS and grid connection.
• Knowledge of contracts, warranties, SLAs, penalties and risk allocation; capable of root-cause analyses and interpreting SCADA data.
• Analytical, structured, commercially minded with strong planning, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as the day-to-day customer contact for asset performance, availability, incidents and warranty topics.
• Monitor LTSA/SLA commitments, KPIs, invoicing and payments while identifying contractual risks and opportunities.
• Support development and implementation of European O&M processes, SOPs, templates, reporting standards and KPI frameworks.
• Lead country-by-country process roll-outs, including planning, training, go-lives and corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, spare parts, service partners and cross-country initiatives.
