Job summary

10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. We seek an Affiliate & Partnerships Lead to build and scale our influencer and publisher program across Europe.

You will recruit creators, manage commissions and partner with brands and media to drive revenue while working remotely within the EU or from Dortmund. This role offers a top-market salary and a generous learning budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in affiliate, influencer or partnership marketing for a D2C e-commerce brand.
• Network across European creators and publishers, ideally in beauty, fragrance or lifestyle.
• Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (Awin, Impact, Partnerize or similar).
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills.
• Fluent English; German, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the affiliate programme: recruiting, onboarding, commissions, tracking and payouts.
• Find and sign creators, fragrance reviewers, publishers and comparison sites in every 10ML market.
• Create co-marketing campaigns with brands, media and complementary e-commerce partners.
• Manage gifting and seeding programmes with the content team.
• Track partner revenue, CAC and quality, and double down on what works.
