OrderYOYO is seeking a confident Business Development Manager based in Worcester to drive new business and expand our restaurant partner network across Europe and beyond. You will also nurture existing partners to help them grow and succeed, while enjoying a vibrant, casual work environment.

You will focus ~80% on new business development, with the remainder strengthening relationships and ensuring partners achieve measurable results. A driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to sales.
• Adaptable in a growing company and developing industry.
• Strong planning to ensure efficiency in your day.
• Previous customer-facing sales experience is advantageous.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and able to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Grow your estate through New Business sales, accounting for about 80% of your time.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing restaurant partners to help them grow.
