Qualifications

• Passion for European cars with hands-on repair experience.
• 1+ years in customer service or technical support in automotive.
• Clear explanation of technical concepts via phone, chat or email.
• Comfort with computers and digital tools in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers with confidence using pre-purchase support via phone, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot post-purchase issues including error orders and part replacements.
• Handle advanced technical escalations to support teammates.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain workflow adherence.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve products.
• Work with content and product teams to improve fitment descriptions.
