Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Regional Partnerships Lead based in Europe to own relationships with sellers and strategic partners across Europe. You will work remotely with a global product, engineering, and support team to boost engagement, retention, and platform adoption, while bringing local market insights to broader business decisions.

The role offers substantial autonomy to resolve challenges, manage regional programmes and events, and shape seller experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in seller success, partnerships, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of music marketplace ecosystems.
• Experience engaging with sellers, buyers, and catalogue-driven businesses.
• Ability to work across time zones in a remote-first environment.
• Knowledge of cross-border selling requirements (VAT, IOSS, customs) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term relationships with Europe-based sellers and partners.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with premium sellers and accounts.
• Oversee seller performance reporting and advisory board input.
• Monitor health of portfolio and identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Drive adoption of marketplace tools and workflows.
• Resolve issues with Customer Support and escalate when needed.
• Create and deliver seller communications reflecting platform changes.
• Maintain up-to-date Seller Center content and responsive messaging.
• Support regional programmes, events, and activations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay feedback.
• Represent values across Europe seller and music communities.
• Travel regionally ~4-5 trips annually or up to 10% time.
