Job summary

The Police & Fire Federal Credit Union is seeking an EUC Technician in Bensalem, PA to manage day-to-day EUC operations, patching, vulnerability remediation, and SCCM deployments. You will work on AD, Exchange, and endpoint security, ensuring service requests are resolved and security measures are enforced.

You will collaborate with IT teams on projects of varying scope, participate in DR testing, and travel to remote branches as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with NOC/Desktop Support
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Solid understanding of Windows desktops/laptops
• Knowledge of VPN connections
• Understanding SLA's and team discussions around them
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of IT monitoring technologies/methods
• Strong IT systems understanding and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multi-month timeframes
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Administration of all EUC processes including patching for Windows OS and third-party apps
• Patch management and vulnerability remediation management
• Revising and updating IT procedures and monitoring hardware within PFFCU
• Hands-on SCCM package deployments and endpoint management
• Maintain ownership of service requests through full resolution
• Engage outside contractors when needed for specialized expertise
• Participate in DR testing and escalation processes
• Coordinate and escalate with EUC team and internal staff
• Document internal support processes and procedures
• Enforce system and data security measures
• Collaborate with technology teams on cross-functional projects
• Ensure timely project and deployment completion
• Travel to remote branches as required
• Maintain multi-project focus with strong time management
• Communicate effectively with vendors and various levels of the organization
• Work under pressure and on own timelines
• Possible on-call coverage and after-hours work
• Other duties as assigned
• Job will require daily travel to remote branches
• Core hours Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
