Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking an EUC Support Analyst to join our Digital & Technology team. You will provide second-line support for end-user devices—laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices—across Windows, iOS, and Android, ensuring a secure, compliant environment.

You will review security findings, investigate software installations, and help remediate issues using tools like Intune, Defender, Entra ID, and AD.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end user computing technologies including Windows desktops and mobile platforms.
• Awareness of endpoint security, vulnerability management and software compliance.
• Ability to review security findings and investigate software installed on end user devices.
• Basic knowledge of Intune, Defender, Entra ID, AD or similar endpoint management tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line EUC support for laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices across Windows/iOS/Android.
• Review security findings, vulnerability information and end-of-life software reports.
• Investigate software presence, verify business need and assist remediation.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues, end users and suppliers to ensure a secure and compliant EUC experience.
