Job summary

University of Maryland Medical System seeks a senior leader for End User Computing (EUC) operations at the Easton site. You will guide strategy, coordinate with the Technical Services Group, and drive service quality, security, and customer satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, and ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards. Occasional off-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Five years of information systems technical services experience, with at least three years in supervision or project management.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, service management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead EUC operations and provide strategic direction for site IT services.
• Partner with local leadership and enterprise TSG to standardize processes and ensure quality.
• Oversee deployment, maintenance, security compliance and inventory of end-user technologies.
• Mentor direct reports, manage performance evaluations and development.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Represent EUC needs in budgeting and system-wide technology planning.
• Develop and report KPIs; address gaps to maintain service levels.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate adoption opportunities.
