Qualifications

• Hands-on SCCM (MECM) and Intune administration experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise users and third-level escalation.
• Strong Windows endpoint and M365 troubleshooting skills.
• Authorized to work in the US (USC or GC).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support for end user computing issues, including complex desktop and application troubleshooting.
• Administer and support SCCM/MECM for software deployment, patching, imaging, and endpoint configuration.
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device management, policy enforcement, and application deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving large Excel files (performance, stability, data handling, and user experience).
• Partner with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to resolve escalations and reduce recurring incidents.
• Work with IT teams to implement improvements to endpoint management, deployment processes, and end user experience.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for solutions, standard procedures, and known issues.
